Ginger, lemon and lemon balm (or mint) … if you make delicious drinks out of it, you will definitely get through the winter healthy. I drink this booster (whether with or without mint) all year round and haven’t had a cold for ages (and that with two small children). I recommend taking the mint-ginger-lemon water prophylactically. Of course, also great for detoxifying. #ginger
